Brick Sponsorship Form

These bricks are a great way to remember a loved one or to leave your mark on Milbridge.

Brick sponsorships are $150 each.

Please enter information exactly as you would like it to appear on your brick.

Each brick can have up to three lines of text with a max of 18 characters (including spaces) per line. 

Please only use alpha-numeric characters, hyphens, and slah marks (/). Other special characters cannot be used (such as &, *, @, #)

Paper forms are also available at the Theatre.
Bricks are done in batches and will be laid in the order they are finished when the ground is thawed.
